This is awesome because now when you use the email parser all you do is cc or bcc your mailbox in Autotask (something like it will update your tickets/tasks and you can use your mail app. What I recently learned is you can use the copy icon next the title of your ticket /task and it will include the ticket number -title of ticket when you paste. Also if you're like me no matter the effort (and boy did we put the effort in) notifications suck in Autotask. So I don't like outlook (fat client) and prefer the web app and have the same struggle.
